Our services
Our services are anchored in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) – an evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth by doctoral-level clinical psychologists with specialized expertise in psychosis. CBTp is delivered in weekly, 45-minute individual sessions organized around collaboratively established, individualized treatment goals, which may include reducing symptom severity and associated distress, developing coping and self-management skills, and enhancing daily functioning.
We provide additional, individually-tailored clinical services for patients, including:
- Affective & Social Skills Group Training – Weekly, psychologist-led small group sessions building emotional and interpersonal competencies critical to daily functioning
- Physical Exercise – Structured, trainer-led sessions (currently yoga; aerobic exercise, Tai-Chi, and Mat Pilates coming soon); exercise has demonstrated benefits for symptom reduction, mood, cognition, and neuroplasticity in psychosis populations
- Healthy Diet & Nutrition (coming soon) – One-on-one consultation with a certified dietitian, particularly relevant for patients managing metabolic effects of antipsychotic medications
We also offer a comprehensive suite of services for families and caregivers, including:
- Psychoeducation Free monthly 45-minute sessions on key aspects of psychosis
- Treatment Engagement Coaching Individualized support for families of patients with limited illness insight who are reluctant to engage in treatment
- Effective Family Communications Workshop A structured three-session program focused on active listening, validation, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving
- Family & Caregiver Support Group (coming soon) A psychologist-led, confidential space for shared support and coping
